Heidi is a strong, independent, and confident woman. She is loving life and is ready for more. She wants a mate. She is doing all the right things to meet people, but to no avail.
After her tennis match, she clicks through the television channels and stops on QVC. They are showcasing a new item, My Sister’s Black Book, A Guide for Turning Girl Friends into Matchmakers. Heidi is curious and puts the remote on the coffee table.
The QVC hostess explains the concept. The “Date” buys six copies (sold as a set) of My Sister’s Black Book, gathers five “Great” girl friends and throws a “Pre-Mate” party. Heidi thinks it sounds good so far; she loves getting together with girl friends.
As she watches the show, she imagines fun over margaritas with her girl friends, and giving each friend her own copy of My Sister’s Black Book. They go through the festive pages together, filling out Heidi’s details including “About the Date,” “Requirements for the Mate,” and “Creating the Introduction.”
Heidi loves the idea of getting her girl friends to set her up with a “Mate.” They’ve been saying they would, buy they never have. Or they set her up with the wrong guy – Beth should know Heidi doesn’t want a smoker! With My Sister’s Black Book Heidi would have clarified her requirements so Beth would have known the rules. Perfect.
And as Heidi continues to watch, she likes it even more. My Sister’s Black Book comes with “Relate” pages. These are the record sheets the “Great” girl friends use to keep track of the introductions they make for the “Date.” The goal is six introductions per girl friend over the next 3 months. That means:
1 “Date”
+ 5 “Great” girl friends
x 2 much fun for 3 months
30 introductions to a “Mate!”
Heidi doesn’t need to hear the price, although it works out to about $5 a book. That’s a bargain to turn her girl friends into matchmakers. Heidi is sold and ready for My Sister’s Black Book.
Are you ready?
